Update (2 Apr 2009): I have news that the police is consolidating all the reports. Don't be surprised if they called you up to head down to assist in their investigations. Please email me once you received their call and I will guide everyone along ;)
We have successfully made a report on 27 March 2009 at Cantonment Complex. If you are one of her victims, logon to http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/

As and when, the police may call you up to go down to take a statement. Thus if you are uncomfortable with that, DO NOT make a police report. I am still waiting for the update from the police, hence we are not heading to Small Claims Tribunal at this point of time. I understand that the police are calling up some of the victims already, they are already taking action :) Kudos to everyone.
By the way, http://k-sayuri-diana-koh-scam.blogspot.com is NOT affiliated to this K-sayuri Scam blog.
I hate to write this, but I am really angry about it. I don't know who created this blog and I have reminded the owner numerous times that disclosing of personal details will get us into trouble and will be a hinder to our case. I understand that she is one of the victims. I don't know what was her motive for doing so. So to the owner, do kindly remove all the personal details of the scammer. If the scammer founds out, she CAN bring all of us to court. If you just wanted to bring across the awareness and help me on this, direct everyone to this blog instead and don't jump on the bandwagon. We can work hand in hand.
This will be my last reminder. If anything goes wrong, I will drop this case as I do not want to get myself into trouble as well.

Updates as of 26 March 2009
Dear everyone,
Some victims have email me about the progress. Do not worry. I have already compiled all the relevant evidences and will be showing it to the police :) Kudos to everyone for the cooperation.
The reason why I am not exposing the scammer is because under Singapore law, we are NOT supposed to disclose anybody's personal details online. Public shaming is disallowed as it is illegal. The person may charge us for defaming. Slandering of her company's products is illegal too. These are totally two different things. We are handling with K-sayuri and not her other blog stuff. Thus, I hope everyone will be patient with me and abide the law :) I have all the solid proofs with me already. Thanks to the rest who managed to send us other relevant evidences to confirm the identity of the scammer :)
We will be heading down to the police station this Friday, 27 March 2009. Those who are keen to make their own police report, please drop me an email and I will forward the common report case no. to you. Thereafter, you may proceed to the nearest police station around your area, quote the same case no. to the policemen and they will assist you.
After making the police report, I will head down to Small Claims Tribunal to make a claim on behalf of all the victims. Unfortunately, I only have two hands :P Please be patient with me ;)
Wish us luck ;)

The Loopholes
The case started when the highly sorted after Victoria's Secret bags went OOS (Out of Stock) in the website http://www.victoriassecret.com
Thus, imagine our excitement when we were introduced to this blog that sells those bags at cut throat prices?! Yes, the bags are priced at ridiculously low prices at http://k-sayuri.blogspot.com when other blogshops are selling them at more than 300% of the original clearance sale price.
The reason from doing so? The seller is migrating to Australia on 19 March 2009.

Sorry, I had to blur out the number to prevent from getting charged for revealing personal details :P Do also note the date of her post. She published this post on 15 March 2009. I only paid her on 18 March 2009 @ 8:54AM GMT+8. It's impossible for her to publish during that period.
I need to paste the cache link as she had deleted her blog on 19 March 2009, the day she left Singapore to Australia which she claimed. Also, someone tried to call Merlinda whom K-sayuri claimed that it's her partner but it kept going through to a permanent engaged tone.
Unfortunately, she lied through her teeth. There is no afternoon flight on 19 March 2009 for Qantas QF6. There's only one flight at 730pm. Is that considered afternoon or evening? Hmm... Before I could ask her any further, she deleted her email address.
A sign of supernatural phenomenon? No. But this was how things get started. What we found out:-
- She will only send out the items through normal mail as she claimed that the mailbox is near her residence
- She will NOT meet up or send by registered mail. Reason as above.
- She will send all of us a picture of the parcel that she is going to post to our residential addresses. Why the trouble?
Do a comparison of the parcels and you will realize that the dents and marks all fall on the same places. You mean parcels can duplicate by themselves? What we speculated:-
- She used the post it note paper to write down our addresses
- Pasted it on the envelope to look as if she is going to send us the parcel
- Took a picture and email it to us for assurance
- Did the same to the rest of the buyers
One of the girls had purchased 5 bags. How could 5 bags possibly be squeezed into the mailbox which is a mere 3 or 4cm gap?! Impossible. With 5 bags, she would still have to drop by the post office to post out the parcel.
I will update if there are more loopholes ;)

The Case
This blog is created to reach out to everyone who have bought from http://k-sayuri.blogspot.com
http://72.14.235.132/search?q=cache:1S_Icd8rCUIJ:www.k-sayuri.blogspot.com/+k+sayuri&cd=4&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=sg
Never underestimate the power of Google ;) Man, I love this search engine.
Further to our investigations, we have concluded that the seller from K-sayuri is a scammer. Till date there are around 25 buyers who have not received their parcels from K-sayuri. A case of lost mails? I doubt so.
Are you one of them? Send your email correspondences indicating the below details to
- Forward your email correspondences with K-sayuri
- Your type of bank account and bank account number
- Your email address
- Things you bought from her
- Total amount you paid
- Transaction code or reference number for payment. If you paid by ATM, I need a scanned copy of the receipt
- Picture of the parcel that she sent you
Feel free to send any "evidences" you have found pertaining to this case. I will be glad to help everyone with this :)
This person breached our trust and made use of the situation to scam us :( We have to nab this scammer!
Watch out for this space for further updates :)
